ELS Educational Services enters into Cooperation Agreement with Kuwait University’s Center of Excellence
Establishing terms of collaboration to support educational objectives in Kuwait
PRINCETON, New Jersey, 8 August 2018 – ELS Educational Services, the largest U.S. provider of on-campus English language training, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kuwait University’s Center of Excellence in the College of Business Administration to initiate an educational collaboration that will support the Center of Excellence in its mission to improve and enhance the educational opportunities of its students and the community. The Center of Excellence and ELS signed the MOU on July 18, 2018, in the Al-Dana Hall of the Chief Administrative Building at Kuwait University’s College of Business Administration.
Together ELS and the Kuwait University Center of Excellence will establish programs delivering ELS’s English language curriculum, creating resources for student success. One of the first projects of collaboration will see ELS bring its teachers for English training and test preparation to aide students seeking to meet English language proficiency requirements for University in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and the U.K. In addition, ELS will provide university admissions counseling, helping students find the programs and schools that best meet their personal, professional, and educational goals.
Future opportunities for collaboration will explore the expansion of English language training for both the academic and professional communities, along with teacher training and TESL/TEFL certification.
